- the conditions of price, delivery and sale relate to only Metropolitan FRANCE. For any other destination, contact us in order to know the
overcost of delivery.
- we endeavour to carry out itself forwarding as of reception of your order.
- the prices are indicated in euros FREE PORT (port INCLUDED) with nonapplicable VAT (Art. 293 B of the French Tax code)
- the products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the purchase order. The customer is held to ensure itself to have
mentioned all information useful for the delivery of his order.
- In accordance with the article L. 121-20 of the code consumption the purchaser has a 7 days deadline frank as from the date of reception to
turn over to its expenses the products ordered for refunding. We draw the attention to the case of the "audio recordings or videos"
which could not be turned over if they were loosened.
- the customer has the legal obligation and contractual to check the physical state and the contents of the parcel to the delivery. So that the
customer preserves his rights, any anomaly concerning the delivery (damages, produced lack, damaged parcel, broken products, etc.) will have
to be imperatively announced to the post office in the three wrought days according to the delivery date (not included public holidays) and to
inform Patrick Perrin Production of it, because any complaint arrived except time will be definitively rejected without possibility of recourse for
the customer, and only the damage and anomalies mentioned in the known as reserves issued by the customer will be taken into account in the
resolution of the litigation by the conveyor.
- the purchase order collects the personal information, intended exclusively for the treatment of the orders, and this information remains
confidential and will not be, in any case, transmitted to anyone.
